From Bad to Worse
The app doesn’t perform well anymore. It’s very slow, sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds to open a message. Sometimes when you open it it says you have no conversations and it stays like that for a while, until after that it starts opening the conversations. Furthermore, now you can’t use the Bitmoji application in BBM, it opens it but you cannot paste with Bitmojis in conversations.
I’ve contacted app support so many times end it takes ages for them to answer, and when they do, they only say “we’re sorry for the delay, are you still having problems?”. None of the suggestions have worked, I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app and still there is no solution.
I am not the only one having this problem. So sad, it’s just to be such a great app!

THE APP NEEDS SOME FIXS
when i search for some words i said before 27 days ago or more than that ,it says *NO RESULT * and if i press the 3 dots in the right up corner in chat and go to DETAILS, i dont see any photo or video or vioce note ! only 3 voice notes from like 3 weeks only in addition , when i open a photo my friend sent me , and swipe left to see older photos , it does not swipe to another photo at all ! like its the only one photo in the whole chat !:/ and there r no older photos in the chat , but actuly there r ! when i scroll up in chat i see there are photos right there ! pleaaaase fix this problem i want to see the pictures i shared with my friend month ago :(
It's ok, but would like to see some basic features.
I downloaded this app because I have friends that swear by Blackberry, but there are certain features that would make it better. It would be great if One can change the ringtone notifications. On my iPhone, I can barely hear a text coming in, I usually don't and then notice a few when it's too late.
I do like the glimpse feature. It's great that you can send someone your location, in realtime, for a limited amount of time. I use this often going to my buddy's house, let's them know exactly what our ETA is.
